All orders over €25 are shipped for free!
Standard shipping
Vanderfields' delivery service is actually quite simple. Have your order delivered the next day at home, at work or at a Pick Up Point. At Vanderfields, you can order until 16:00 to have your order delivered the next day (after receipt of payment). Not at home? Then the parcel will be delivered to your neighbours for private customers. You can also make a new appointment via the link Deliverer missed.
Standard delivery times
The delivery in 99% of cases is as below, of course barring unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a track and trace mail in the evening in which you can follow your order.
Netherlands (private customers) within 1 day (except Sundays)
Netherlands (business customers) within 1 day (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
Belgium within 1 working day (excl. Saturday and Sunday)
Luxembourg 1 working day (excl. Saturday and Sunday)
Returning
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product unused, without giving reasons, starting from the day of receipt of the product. You will have to pay the return costs for returning the order.
Registering returns
By e-mail
You can notify us of your return by e-mail. Please clearly state the order number.
When you return the package, please add the packing slip or a copy of the invoice to the package.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) back from us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We shall reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction.
We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. We appreciate it if you return the goods unused and undamaged. Should the goods be used/damaged, you will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that sees the delivery of:
- products made to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person. Applying the right of withdrawal does not void your payment obligation, if any. However, you will have to pay within the stipulated period.
